How do I get started?+
Pick a plan and click its button — Starter signups can create an account right away, and for Growth, Business, or Enterprise our team will set you up after a quick call. Setup assistance is included via the one-time CRM Setup service.
Can I schedule a demo before purchasing?+
Yes. Use the Book Demo button and we'll walk you through the product on a personalized call, using examples from your own sales process.
Is cloud calling mandatory?+
No. The CRM works fully without it — cloud calling is an optional add-on for teams that want calling built into the CRM (click-to-call, recordings, call logs). It does require an active CRM subscription.
Why is there a minimum of 2 caller licenses?+
Cloud calling is provisioned as a team setup with the telephony provider (numbers, call routing, and call groups), which has a 2-seat minimum. It's designed for calling teams rather than a single user.
Are call charges included?+
The per-caller license covers the calling platform (recording, logs, live status, CRM integration). Actual call charges are billed on usage, at the telecom rates that apply to your numbers.
Can I use my existing business number?+
Cloud calling runs on a virtual number we provision for you (₹2,000 one-time). Depending on your operator, your existing number can often be set up to forward to it — ask us during setup and we'll confirm what's possible for your number.
Does WhatsApp messaging cost extra?+
No platform markup from us — connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (Meta Cloud API) or an AiSensy account, and messaging costs are billed directly to you by Meta or AiSensy. Growth and up includes the templates, shared team inbox, bulk sends, and workflow automation on top of that connection.
